How do I know if my card is been used
All statistics for the card can be viewed using the control panel. This includes total scans and scans for a given period. You can view total scans, last 12 months and total daily scans from the last month.
How can I change my business card contact details
All details can be updated using the control panel at any time.
Can I change my card type
You can change your product type at any time using the control panel. Business Card | Review Card | Social Link or URL Redirect.
Are there any subscription fees
All of our standard products are free of any subscription fees providing they have a single scan within a 12 month period. After 12 months your card maybe deactivated if they are not used.
